Well i have recently made a pact with myself that i will replace my junky after school snack with a salad.

Its not a diet per say, but cutting out fatty snacks before dinner and going for a jog every morning has brought me down a dress size in about 2 months.

Also drink heaps of water and try to cut down (not BAN, just cut down) on carbs like pasta and white bread.

Or find a way of excersising thats fun, like kayaking or swimming. I have been so much happier since starting running...now im rambling.

Anyway, hope that helps.

Commonsense, people!

Eat and exercise regularly.
Avoid unhealthy food, avoid excessive exercise and get sufficient sleep.

yeah what she said!

diets are shit

and that slimfast shit would be processed SOOOO much and worse for you than full fat food with all the chemicals

All you need to do, is cut down on something fatty you usually eat e.g maccas every thursday or something...
eat before 7pm
exercise at least 3 days a week
take the stairs lol
join a gym

the trick is, not to get into the 3 week slump. usually people usually get really lazy after 3 weeks of exercise and feel really unmotivated, and generally most people quit then... once you get past that, its all really easy...

it probably is worse for you and stuff
but ist so much easier
some people dont have time to count points.. calories and kilojules and cut down and prepare healthy snacks
etc etc
thats where a bar or shake come in handy

There is no quick fix to losing weight. It comes from hard work and change of life style.

It depends on how fat you are and how much weight you want to lose. If you only want to lose a couple kg's and tone up a bit then it doesn't require a change of lifestyle.

i never needed to slim down, i just did that when i had a growth spurt. i needed to bulk up, cos i was underweight
I'm bulking up cause I need to carry heavy shit for work and I want it to be easier. I'm not changing my eating habits, just doing weights more often.
