like a week off before teh exams begin. like we had those weeks off before the hsc exams.

i agree we should have only had 1 week mid sem break and 1 week stuvac.

i'll try and help u with maths and comp if u really need help in it..well, comp i can do basic loops and shit, but if u really want expert advice, ND and Rahul and other smart ppl here can always help u..

passing comp is not too hard, you cant evaluate programming skill in a 3 hour written exam.

if the questions ask you to write code, you can probably scrape in a P by just writing what the code would do in english (ie the logic of solving the given problem).

its all about concepts, not code.

yeah we sacrifice stuvac for an extra week of mid semester hols. next time someone lays the clubmac line on you let them know we dont get stuvac.

im not sure, but i think id rather the extra week of holidays, rather than a week of sitting at home feeling guilty about not studying

Stat272 is ten times worse than Stat171 which is ten times worse than Stat170. Moral of the story - don't ever do Stat272 if you can avoid it.

well i'm just going great (flamboyant sarcasm)- i could answer less than 3 answers in my maths test last week and can't do the assignment for thursday... i'm gonna fail (sob) and not be able to keep doing commerce... bloody math123 for the record its not easy and i haven't found anyone who can tutor for it cause its special economics maths. does anyone know anyone who can do lagrange multiplier and linear difference equation questions? i'll give them shiny dollars and eternal gratitude...
