no way in hell thats learner legal
250 strokers aren't so i doubt a 350 is
probably wont get much use out of it because i'd lose my license on the first run

Heaps of 2-strokes are learner legal. Any 250 2-stroke built before about 1986 is learner legal.

The above ebay bike would be a 250, and not the substantially more powerful 350, at least as far as the RTA is aware...
