It is campbelltown, apart from a lack of RLC's in the most obvious areas, people were driving around me to get home.

For rizzle, the only time I have seen people stop to help at any kind of accident was when it was a head on and the girl got out hyperventilating and freaking out

Even then, only a couple people helped her and mum kept on driving
