Holy shit, there is so much crap (IMOTM) here. It's all hard rock, rock, rap, angry music, and stuff I don't even want to know about.
Anyway, murder ballads (which more or less fit the bill of what you're doing - writing a song about a guy singing about murder, and more often than not entail consequences).
One that I can think of is Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds' Where the Wild Roses Grow (ft. Kylie Minogue), from the album Murder Ballads, which is pretty much murder ballads all the way.
Jesus Christ do you want to be any more obvious? IMO a song that is about murder would not be the best thing to use in this situation, singing a pop song (maybe one that isn't so cheesy, but whatever) would be less expected and more creepy. Or perhaps something like from American Psycho.

Depending on what angle you're going for, this might be applicable, but geez I dunno who would sing a song by Bjork when they're about to murder someone...

Bjork - All Is Full Of Love

You'll be given love
You'll be taken care of
You'll be given love
You have to trust it
All is full of love
You just ain't receiving
All is full of love
Your phone is off the hook
All is full of love
Your doors are all shut
All is full of love
