Well after ten days of a dead forum, I guess it's time to bring it back to life.

What is everybody planning during Spring session? A full semester indoors, or lots of parties at Campus East/I-House/Weerona?

What do timetables look like? Also, what subjects have you planned to go in one ear and out the other this time?

ugh, i just want to get through this semester.

i have mondays and fridays. with a one hour lecture on wednesday. plus i'm going to be commuting from w'gong to sydney every weekend to work.

i'm really looking forward to two subjects WRIT122 and WRIT123 (prose and poetry classes) but the other two are meh right now.

and this forum needs to stop suddenly dying.

i have the same 12 hours but generally a much better looking timetable. 3 days a week broken into blocks only with a single one hour gap in each. so im at uni 5hrs, three days a week for 4hrs of class per day.

subjects:
pol121
hist124
engl121
phil106

I have 13 hours over 4 days.
Each subject has its lecture on a different day which leaves me Mondays and Thursdays with only 1 lecture and nothing else. But I don't have any gaps which is good.

I'll probably end up going 5 hours on Tuesday and 4 hours on Wednesday and skipping my other 2 days.

I managed to score a day off, but I'm probably going to skip my Monday lecture (the only thing I have on that day) and make it two.

This spring will hopefully involve:

- not too much uni work
- sunshine and girls in sorbet-hued skirts
- not ending up in jail for an extended period of time
- listening to birds shine and anything else that you usually find in a nazi springtime musical.

I have 2 days of uni per week :)

Monday 9.30 - 6.30
Tuesday 9.30 - 6.30

Oh, I also have a 3 hour lecture on Friday but I'll probably skip it.

By the way, do we have tutorials in the first week this semester?

Whether or not tutorials run in the first week is exclusive to each subject. Check the subject outline if you have it available, your SOLSmail, or with your subject co-ordinator.

Sif turn up to anything first week. First week is summed up by every lecture/tutor saying "Hi, grab a subject outline, now goodbye"

I managed to squish my timetable into 2 days so I'm happy.
Monday 11:30-4:30
Tuesday 11:30-6:30

Those of you doing HIST124 should enjoy it, I thought it was a really good subject - is Stephen Brown lecturing it again this session? He's really good

My timetable isn't so bad for once, I didn't get any clashes this time.
I'm doing CSCI204, CSCI213 & CSCI222, with no classes before 1030, only a 1hr lecture on tuesdays, and wednesday mornings and thursday afternoons off :D 15hrs at uni all up ^^

As for party-wise, Interhalls in week 5, huzzah! Plus plenty of other Weerona-based functions this session as well ;)

Ummm.... then do arts? Oh thats right, you're trading extra hours of uni work in non-arts for employment post-graduation. :D ;)
