This is different though. Since English (Standard) people are getting scaled with English (Advanced) people, it is possible that you can get pulled down. It is different from normal aligning procedure where you just have one course (like Biology, MX2).

yeah but not if you come first in assessment mark and exam mark in your cohort. Because that means you would have the top mark in both scenarios. I dont see how it can be pulled down.

I know what you mean. But I thought it was different for English (Standard) though. (the whole aligning system)

It is just too confusing for me at the moment.
