It's not THAT stressing. Just enjoy the work you do at school and it won't be stressful . :)

eating . LOL jks. no not really . i eat heaps while i'm studying . although i've read it's not good to eat large amounts of food while studying as your body focuses digesting your food rather than aiding your concentration - so you feel lazy and tired .
You're meant to eat your problems away ;)

exercising helps releases stress chemicals (stress chemicals? HAHA . wrong ..terminology. but anyway) so you can relax and be able to focus more.
i dance, sing, and hang out with my friends and stay at home on my own doing absolutely nothing but lounging and sleeping to pass stress . hehe
I do this!
But I don't like chilling with friends at MY house.
