they are there to support you and they are great help!
dont hide it in because the anxiety will just keep grow inside of you.
but just remember that everyone feels that way, you're not the only one.

when I feel stressed, I just try thinking about the time after the exam.. I tell myself "this ll finish and ı will feel so easy after it, so easy and relaxed since I accomplished something" believe, it works

I have only had the odd stress breakdown to tell the truth and apart from that I generally tend to cope with all the school and out of school related stress pretty well. Using the computer tends to cool me down really fast, or just to lye down in bed, music can help but it's very cliched (and sometimes makes stress work).

If an exam is coming up, I just make time for it and the more I feel prepared the less stress anyone will feel.

if im stressed, i go ranting about everything, so not cool to be near me :eek:
