Oh I didn't know that. Correction: I stole it from brogan77 then. Where do you find such fascinating creatures?

That's reassuring!

I have no idea what direction they could be coming from with this exam. Stupid geopol.
Its only a joke of an exam because who on earth gives a multiple choice exam for a subject so chock full of content? I also recall being mighty pissed off in first year because the lecturer told us that the exam would contain this that and the other and it did nothing of the sort. Grrr.

All I can say is, good luck and make sure you know WHO said WHAT - i don't know about you but often I study just the theories without really paying attention to who postulated them. They like to ask you questions like "What did Smith & Jones say about XYZ?" and you're left sitting there going who the fuck are Smith & Jones and how the fuck am I supposed to know?

Make a list of all the academics in your reader and a sentence next to each of them about what they wrote about a make sure you learn that. (apart from all the other study you should do)

Good luck!! :)

It's not a multiple choice exam. I think you're confusing it with world politics.

Revision for ancient history is so much more fun than revision for geopol it's not funny. Fuck, why didn't I do power in society?

In one week: I'll be done with geopolitics, forever! Hooray!

Revision for chemistry is so much harder than revision for any humanities subject. :(

did anyone else get their finc2012 assignment mark? Bb seems to be down at the moment.. our group somehow got 50 on the dot, despite the overall average being around 70.. absolutely shocking.

Re: StuVac & Exam Period Bitch and Moan Thread (I, 2007)

yeah blackboard is making me sad in the pants. i finally got the lecture powerpoint file that i needed. Finally. Took me about an hour to retrieve it because of BB being gay.

I'm still waiting on heaps of marks. I hate how slow they've been this semester in my subjects.

I should know my approximate final mark for Communication and Critical Analysis by the end of next week. I should be at around the 85 mark. The participation mark will determine most things.

hay triangulum, you think its a good idea to just study a few aspects of ANHS1005 and focus thoroughly on them? So far ive just been summarising the whole course and trying to nail it into my head :p

Kathryn's been saying that we should study 3-4 subjects in depth. We basically get to choose which bits we do in the exam, so no point studying the whole course.

Perhaps. Nonetheless, I recall both subjects being a huge disappointment, astounding myself with ending up doing a double major in Govt.
