you know what my problem is? going out for lunch/dinner
its fucking hard to be picky about what you eat there. i need to know whats gone into my food! rargh. it is because of going out to eat that im unhappy with today and yesterday's fooding.

I think I've gone down a bra cup size.
I haven't really lost weight (maybe I've lost about 2 kg), but I feel fantastic most of the time. I keep doing weights and situps and I go on the exercise bike every second day (I'd do this every day, but I have less and less time now because of stupid uni and their assessments and exams) and I'm toned! And the fake tan makes me look more toned!

I want to lose 4kg, my goal weight is 55kg.

But, like born dancer (it's Lauren right?) I also want tone.

I don't have a car atm, but I think I'll have to get my bike from Sydney next time (somehow...) and ride it to work and uni.

I love seeing pretty girls in skirts riding bikes around the city...

No, soy milk is tres fattening...

I'll tell you what I've discovered though, recently.

BIRCHER MUESLI.

Add 1 cup of quick oats to 3/4 cup apple juice and 3 tbsp natural yogurt.
Add 3 tbsp currants and 3 tbsp crumbed walnuts.

Cover with clingwrap and soak overnight.

Serve with honey and grated granny smith apple.


It's really filling, no sugar and minimal dairy. You can add other fruit to it, too. Berries, banana etc.

oh i get the no fat 90 cals per 250ml soymilk. same calories as skim milk!
and i used to eat museli. then i actually weighed out a serving and calulated calories and i was :O:O:O:O it was natural untoasted as well :\
i dont eat museli anymore!! haha.
it appears ive lost 1kg. could be water weight or whatever so im not jumping for joy yet. did 2.5 hrs at the gym this arvo. 1/2 hr on weight machines, 1 hr on cardio machines and a body combat class

Summer weight loss goals

Goal 1: Go to gym three times a week for at least an hour (i'm too lazy)
Goal 2: Get back down to 45kg
Goal 3: Lose at least a cup size
Goal 4: Tone up my stomach and love handles :eek:

That is all :)

i don't really care about what i eat which is naughty, its more about the going to the gym part. although i'm big on the 6 or so small meals a day with a larger breakfast to start.
