Brendan Francis McMahon, 36, of Edward Street, North Sydney, appeared briefly before Central Local Court Magistrate Allan Moore today charged with having allegedly committed the offences over the past three weeks

In all McMahon was charged with 17 counts of acts of aggravated cruelty upon an animal between July 20 and August 11.

He was further charged with committing an act of bestiality with an animal between 3am and 4am on August 1.

McMahon was further charged with two counts of possession of cannabis.

Mmmm, gettin' high and fucking guinea pigs; nothing better.

they work in pretty much the same way as human ones. allthough iam assuming they are of scaleable size, so like an elephant would have a massive burger where as a rabbit would have a tiny little hole... so he commited beatiality on guineas and rabbits? wtf? like wouldnt they have tiny holes? so how the hell did he stick it in? maybe he has a small one but even still compared to humans in size they are tiny...hence why he killed them in the process i guess.... equivilant to a woman being raped by a horse lol

This guy is seriously disturbed. I agree with brogan77 in that it's a seriously immoral thing to do, to rape an animal. Animals are vulnerable in that they can't speak for themselves, they can't complain, and quite frequently nobody cares when they are killed. It's very similar to paedophilia but even worse, people seem to think it's funny.

I am rather speachless when it comes to horrific acts like this, its absolutely disgustingly twisted. death penalty for beastiality? are you some sort of s nutcase?? when i have advocated the death penalty for mass murderers like that guy in Tasmania people called me a nutjob, but man u are even more crazy. its a pretty horrific crime true, but its not like he did it to a human or anything, its the lesser of two evils. human life is valued higher than an animals.. not saying animals are worthless i think they are highly valued, just not as high as humans. i think he should atleast get a few years behind bars though
