Sec II: Fail. Literally. My English teacher spoke to me off-hand; I went with a preplanned thing cause I was running out of time and tried to integrate it with the question

Ancient History is my downfall... you do not, try and integrate pre-planned ancient history Caesar speeches to a question that says

"Write a speech" (My heart leapt) but then I read back properly and it said:

"Imagine you are asked to write a speech for a Year 12 camp. The topic is 'No Place Like Home'"

Ahhh fail. Failfailfailfailfailfailfailfail. I'm supposed to be the 4 unit English saviour of our group... why did I go and do that?

Section III: 13/15?

Module A: 16/20
Module B: 13/20
Module C: 16/20

I think everyone did badly for our English tests... I really have to find some confidence soon....

I was stoked. Kinda peeved about my CW, but I held my rank.

RT: 11/15. they screwed me over by not telling us they would collect this first, so i had less time and pretty much had a panic attack.

CW: 11/15. a letter, wtf? also, i had major writers block for about three weeks beforehand...

Essay: 12/15. didn't count, thank god. if it did, my friend who was so sure she'd beat me actually would have.

Module A: 16.5/20. our teachers are marking nazis, so this was the top mark in the year.
Module B: 3.5/5. Highest mark was 4, so that's alright i guess.
Module C: we didn't do a section on this :/

it disturbs me a little bit that marks like these constitute 3rd in the year.... but apparently our school tends to make our trials really hard, and the average mark ends up being about ten marks higher in the HSC.
