I think I've whinged about this every year, but myUNSW is already extremely easy to use! Compared to what the online enrolment system used to be, myUNSW is a blessing!

I guess I am a bit of a whinger about it but still.... I wish things could be easier. Maybe some of those IT people in UNSW will come up with an interactive even easier-to-use system!

Software written by amercia. Blame the people who outsource them.

I've heard that the cost of myUNSW is a six digit figure.

The pre 2004 system, called NSS - was extremely terrible. Back then people had to show up at UNSW at enrolments and get help enrolling anyway because NSS was too difficult to use at home (they had rooms set up with older students and computers, and you walked in with the classes you needed and they'd enrol for you). Even searching for a class was a challenge, enrolling in one without an error was even harder - it would literally take hours to get a good timetable worked out online. Now with myUNSW, it takes mere minutes!
