I have an interview with Insight Call Centre in Kippax St, just wondering if you would know what kind of questions they ask etc, and if the manager is nice..

As I said before I've done telemarketing and will never do it again
imo its much better to be doing market research or charity than actually 'selling' some junk over the phone.

lol i say if youre selling stuff or offering services like insurance then ppl have the right to tell you off but charities would usually end in 'id like to but...'

most probably... but its easy to con people into buying the stuff believe it or not so you shouldn't have any problems

its a charity, if you can make all youre rejections ' i know its a good cause but...' then theres really nothing else you could have done but if youre getting 'not interested' constantly you need to work it a little more.

so it will look like experience which is worthwhile mentioning on da resume..
das if i dont get fired first...lol... maybe i'll go crazy coz its only been like 2 weeks or sumfing and im already sick of saying da same shit over and over again.. LOL

lol i got a call from somone selling holiday packages 'have you been to the snow? well just imagine this! sweeping mountains in a winter wonderland...' lol after leading her on a bitt i just hung up, and im a telemarketer!

she sounded so scripted lol and i wonder how that company stays afloat!
