i find that any opiate derivatives for example morphine, heroin codeine etc. make the whole process especially difficult. prune juice beforehand makes things easier just make sure you aren't too focused on the pushing otherwise you might cover then bury her face and then you have a very messy body to get rid of.

There isn't really an easy way. Doesn't matter what you do (unless the breakup is mutual), your partner is bound to get hurt.

If it's about her personality and you don't like it, have some time to discuss it with your partner and what can be done etc. But if you're an asswipe whos found someone else better looking as the basis of the break up - go kill yourself - like really.
