hahah finally saw this wk's episode of the OC... if i were marissa, i'd totally dump ryan and go out with oliver farrout ! such a h0ttie. and it looks like luke & seth have kinda switched roles.. luke's this dorky guy while seth is kinda *cool*, having 2 chiks chasing after him and all..

If Marissa were to dump Ryan, Oliver would lead her down the wrong road. At least Ryan is keeping her from totally screwing up her life.

Ryan was never really the "cool" guy. It seems as thought that whole group has just become the outcasts of society.

^ No actually, I think there's alot of good in Oliver. I felt sorry for him, talking about how his family is always away, he has no real friends etc.. and he's just watching them outside the house (a tiny bit creepy, but still sad). He probably finds him & Marissa have more in common & can relate than with Ryan.. and yeh.. they should get together ! ^.^

I don't think Marissa puts it on - rather, I think, she is just overly trusting. Ryan knows from his past that you can't always do that or you'll get hurt - so, I guess he tries to make Marissa see that she can avoid screwing up her life further .
