its awesome when you get the right texts and the right teacher. but if not..then you're pretty much screwed.

but thanks to my teacher english is definately last on the list. blah

I hate HSC english, its the worst and most annoying subject to study for. The exams are incredibly stupid as well - "Who can write the fastest??" they barely test acedemic merit, or understanding at all.

Almost all the texts are worthless, and the course of study is really pretentious.




But even if it was made non-mandatory, i'd still probably do it.... lol.

English is hilarious. I haven't done anything for half a year and I'm coming 7th. That being said, I don't hate english, to hate something, it would have to be a real subject.

hahaha yeah i know. i hate it so much, but i would do it anyway. but i spose im taking into account the fact that its basically expected for every uni course in existance...
