Tutorials in week 1 (1 Viewer)

I just realised that in week 1 B Commerce people have ECON1101 and ECON 1202 tutorials are on. Anyone going to it?

Yeh its weird im starting 2nd yr n when I pick to c only wk 1 for my timetable, it shows 2/4 of my tutes.

when you go to view timetable in myunsw, uncheck all the boxes except for wk1, and whatever is left is i assume what you have to attend in week 1

Certain courses have tutorials in the 1st week. Last year MGMT1001 was like this

edit: This semester both ECON2101 (Mircoeconomics 2) and ECON2112 (Game theory & Bus Strategy) both have tutes in week 1

i asked the staff in school of economics. They said that no tutorials in week 1.

i went to school ( level 3) yesterday. the receptionist confirmed it. then she found the co-ordinator, a guy named Kevin or Kelly. He confirmed it again.

For you second year peeps studying economics, the course outline for Micro 2 (Econ 2101) says theres no tutes in the first 2 weeks.

There'll be people there, regardless of whether the tuts are actually on or not. If it's not, you can just spend the hour getting to know your classmates.

i'd say your best option would be to email the course admin on monday.

i checked it out, you can get course outlines from www.economics.unsw.edu.au

my my unsw says the same thing for my subjects, i.e. some tutes start week one. i think that is just the school of economics cheating on how many hours they teach you.

Most course outlines will say when tutorials start, and from that I found that mine were in week 2 or even 3.

I rang up the eco + business faculty on friday and they said that all tutes start second week for first years.

no tutes on, for the webct, u need to accept the agreement before u can access it. i got kinda confused too.
