When I go to apply, I get a pop-up window saying Sorry, Apply-by-web is not available at the moment, please try later.
Is this happening to others as well?

Yeah they were released a few weeks back.

It appears UAC are conducting site maintenance. The apply by web feature will be back up soon.

There's bound to be some issues considering they opened applications this morning.

Hmm.. UAC Pin for Year 12 Applications is not Birth date after all..
Will give UAC a call tomorrow to ask about UAC Pin...

My school hasn't/ isn’t giving out UAC PINs.

To quote my careers adviser:
"Oh don't worry, you'll only need you BOS PIN. They won’t need your student number or anything like that".
