I would like to know during the main round offers, do you only get the most highest preference course which you are eligible for or do you get multiple offers?

What about early offer rounds and main rounds. If i received a offer in the early round, would i still be able to get another offer in the main round. (Or would I accept and then withdraw from the offer?)

You can get 1 offer each round. To do this you need need to change your preferences around. If you don't change them then they'll think that you're satisfied with your offer
