Since you get bus passes and train passes for school I was wondering if you get them for University.

You'll still be eligible for student prices if your university student card has a valid City Rail sticker. You'll be told when and where to get one when you enrol.

Unfortunately not - you usually only get half-priced tickets if you have a concession card/sticker.

Ah if only life was free forever, where the government paid for everything and no one paid any taxes :)

At least Aussies get half price tix, imagine the poor international students who get no discount despite their $20,000 fees.

You mean the fees their parents pay?

Oh no, diddums.

If they chose to study in another country, that's their problem.

I know some whose parents aren't paying but support themselves entirely and also pay a portion of what their parents are LENDING them back. Did you ever think of WHY they are studying in another country? Silly ignorant idiots these days.

Because they're too stupid to make it into their own universities?

Oh lol it's you. Can I *PLEASE* have some negative rep Azamajaoijakjaskldj? Please! I love being in the red xD

And to answer the question, no, because in some countries people are less fortunate than here. I know a girl whose parents spent all their life savings to send her here. She works 20 hours a week and pays them back everything she can. Obviously the fatties here don't realise how well off they are compared to other nations.
