ohhh ohh! I've done this before, find the entrance to the library opposite the Scienta, it should be fairly empty with only lifts going up, go to level 14 and there you go, terrific view of the entire eastern suburbs and beyond

You can try the other buildings like Matthews, but the only windows out are from inside classrooms.

im surprised the law faculty looks better than a lot of other faculties.
