I recently got offers to study Masters in IT from Uni Melbourne, UNSW and University of Sydney. But I am very confused which to choose? Which provides the best education? And will be regarded highly by local and international employers?

I would say that this is probably one of the few cases where world rankings would indicate a particular uni to shift towards.
