Ancient covers: Pompeii: Sources, Pompeii: Archaeologists, Pompeii: The Forum, Herculaneum, Sparta; The persian Wars; The Delian League; NKE to Death of Thutmose IV; Minoans, Hatshepsut, Akhenaten; Xerxes; Athenian Society; Pompey & Caesar; Augustus; Ramesside Society; Agrippina II; Old Kingdom Society

Extension History: Historiography; Appeasement; Postmodernism; JFK; Crusades; Elizabeth I

$25 a day no matter how many lectures you go to...hope that helps :)

Bruce Dennett and Kenn Webb from memory..
[they write some of our textbooks..]

I'll see you there..
i think i'm going to SAturday if i can get a place...

I wanna go, but its just before my trials (my school is stupid and changed everything...) Ill be too busy cramming! :(

These days are run by the HTA and are very good.

You can find the programme at this site:

You need to click on the programme and registration form to see the entire programme.

There are some very good sessions for all students.

The Saturday covers most of the sessions from the other days.

They do provide some good tips and notes. Although, i don't really remember about the actual quality of the lectures.

I went last year. Found them very usefull and they help look at different areas that arn't really covered in you text books.

One lecture I went to was on Pompeii's markets, which happened to be a MASSIVE question in my final exams. They are very helpfull

Last year I went there for ancient history and history extension (postmodernism). The modern history class went their for some world war stuff and albert speer. They were pretty good...
