What did you guys get? i got +/- 3. Is this correct?

Sorry for such an easy question, but im kinda confused.
And how do you type those kind of problems in these forums?

i believe what you got is right
case 1: x >0 (lim x--> +infinity)
case 2: x <0 (lim x--> -infinity)
