like 1 a second, or like 3 pushups in 2 seconds?
doing em slow and controlled is better

i had a failwhale squat today but i made up for it with a dbell chestpress i was satisfied with.

thats what i get for doing nothing during midsem break last week :/

is it odd that i can dead lift and squat 1.8 times as much as i can bench
