deadlifts dont make up for a lack of squats.

if you dont like it then you obviously dont know how to do it properly. it's definitely worth your time to learn how to do it properly.

there's no workout that i dont enjoy (even deadlifts, as hard as they may be, even though they destroy my hands, maybe i'm a sadist).

now that i have a half year unigym membership, next sem i shall do stronglifts 5x5 PROPERLY.
also doing so will involve sacrificing my 2 days off uni.

I don't like squats either, but I do them every workout. Just do it.

Bench press and pull-ups are god tier though

added on bench press, squats and deadlifts, however keeping the squats to a minimum, medium weight, medium reps.

stop being a pussy do more weight


i have a really sore lower back
last night i did 120kg deadlift, 110 squat, 40 soldier press, 40kg bent over row

and i can barely walk now

it is just doms from the deadlifts. i usually do 100kg, except last week i did a rep of 140kg. 120 was really fucking hard and my hands got raped. i didnt feel anything until thismorning
