So at my school we have to do one more assessment for English and my teacher is lazy as f***. Originally the plan was that we had to get into groups and make assessment tasks accordingly to a criteria she gives out and she gives it to other groups and they complete it and the creators mark it and give it to our teacher. It weighs 20%; 5% reading and 15% listening

If it wasn't worse enough she changed it. She said "i dont care" and the new way of assessing us is to write to her what mark of 15 you should get. Specifically how well you listened in class over the year.(this is only for the listening section, idk about reading). Also another person from the class randomly gets your "essay" and comments on it as well.

So yea.....dodgy?

Sounds like a form of peer assessment, which is increasingly common.

Tell the co ordinator
tbh i really ceebs with ANOTHER assessment task due before year 12 however i'm sure i wont be able to get a good mark from this thing.

what i meant with ways to approach this is either i say i want 15, write an essay and hopefully the other classmate marking it isn't being a c*ck and my teacher likes it and gives me a 15 (i dont think it's going to happen anyway) or i aim for a modest 12 or 13. So either the YOLO 15 route or the modest route.
