I got picked up by a policeman once who was 22. I'm still 17, and he kept saying he'd look after me because he was a policeman. I felt safe though cause it was at a function and he was with all his friends so he didnt seem like a freak.

This really took me aback.... one, because it has never happened to me before, and two, because it just isn't how people do things where I come from.....

If I wasn't comfortable with the situation then I don't think it would ever work, so yeah. If I had talked to him for half an hour at a pub maybe, but a few minutes at a bus stop? It just doesn't feel right for me, so yeah.
