As far as I know, Masters is better than a Bachelor, and sends you into a better pay bracket (as you said).

If you leave USYD after 5 years you start on a higher pay than if you leave after 4. So I'd assume, considering masters is another 2 years, you'd start off on a better wage. MTeach though isn't really what you need for high school ed.
