2. Are you sure they're not wearing contacts? A lot of blacks and asians do wear blue contact lenses.

There are Indians (My English teacher last year) who are pure Indian, but are extremely fair (I'm also very fair skinned) and have blue-grey eyes. It's a part of the subcontinent. I have deep brown eyes though. Because I'm from a different part I'm just very white.
