Well my preferneces are a mixture of three totally different areas... I like a variety lol Though I'm currently hoping that I can get into either Medical Science or Biomedical Science... virus and diseases interest me ^^

Just saying 'arts' is kind of meaningless because of how many different options there are within an arts degree.

Arts is only crap if that all you do. For alot of courses you have to do arts first like teaching and even some law.

Arts is pretty usefull .. some poeple do arts because they dont know what to do in uni, while others do arts because its the only degree that gets them in thier field of profession eg Archeaology (Ancient history buffer)

Maybe we should all get back on topic.

I have LLB/BA in Communications at UTS as my first preference - its one I doubt I'll get but we all need to hope for a miracle sometimes. Then the rest are either BAs or BA/Bsomething at MQ, USYD or UNSW and they are all with the goal of getting me into something psychology related or as a secondary teacher, and my nineth preference is BA at UWS from which I'd hope to either transfer to a psych degree there because they have an exceptional psych department or transfer to a BA then Grad Dip Edu(or equivalent) at MQ, USYD or UNSW. Failing all of those I have quite a few alternative entry plans to get me to where I want.

Anyways, it's really great reading about everyone's preferences... I didn't even know half of this stuff existed. I hope you all get in to your desired courses. No doubt you will. Personally, uni isn't for me. I've applied for courses at CIT, mostly keen on community welfare. But yeah, I'd have no chance getting into what I wanted for uni. So good luck to you all
