I would say below 50 is right.

All the subjects you do don't have very good scaling, and you didn't perform adequately enough to attain better marks.

unfortunately yeah, that's an example of when the uai doesn't live up to the student's expectations. i think they should give out both on the same day.

Impossible!

Law must be completed as a Bachelor's/Master's (with LLB units) degree or by the Legal Practitioners Admission Board. One needs at least 4 years to complete such a degree (or full time/credit equivalent). High UAIs are apart of the life of Law. It is extremely competative, and with high UAIs, why? Here are some reasons why:

-Ensuring that people can complete the degree;
-To keep law a profession;
-Stringent Government and Self Regulatory controls;
-Decline in Law industry becuase of changes to litigation law;

You can do Paralegal studies at TAFE, to become a paralegal which on occassion will allow you to later do conveyancing. You coudl also do a an AssocDegree in Law (Paralegal Studies) at Southern Cross Uni, which will only allow you to be a paralegal.

Even so, the Diploma in Law is hard to complete.

The Diploma has a high rate of failure becuase of the lack of external support, however ex-HSC students fresh from school will find it easier becuase of previous study skills.

In addition all graduates whether DipLaw/LLB/LLM have to complete a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and later apply to the Law Society or Bar Association (via reading course and examinations) to be accepted onto the bar.
