A crumpet with vegemite and margarine.
Half a small plate of Singapore Noodles.
A Coke Zero.

Pretty much full, might have an apple or two later.

I swear I exist on tea most holiday periods. Tea and delicious sweet things.

Made chicken, vegetables (mostly carrot) and rice for dinner with some random thai sauce through it, tasted OK and the family didn't complain so, success.

I bought the lunchbox called "spider" under the vague presumption that nobody would try and sell food made out of spiders, and that the title referred to the way the food was layed out or something

But it quickly became clear that what I was eating iwasn't chicken, beef or fish.

Currently feel quite sick and stupid :(
