having seafood marinara + noodles for dinner.

Snack: Coffee, white, no sugar
Lunch: Salad sandwich on multigrain. 1 Slice cheese. lettuce. 2 slice tomato, avocado spread.
Dinner: Small Quarter Pounder Meal. Glass of coke.

Water: 2.5L

1. French toast & orange 'n' mango juice @ breakfast.
2. McDonalds for lunch - large fries, double cheeseburger, large chocolate sundae, large frozen Coke.
3. 1L of water throughout the day due to heinous 3-hour dance practice.
4. Fried rice, sweet & sour pork and satay chicken for dinner.
5. Mi Goreng noodles just now, before bed.

... I sound like a pig, don't I? I really should eat healthy, considering I'm a dancer, but ... meh.
