I've had a couple of crappy food days in a row and I'm starting to feel it.

Detox next week.

Today-
chocolate icecream
fish
pizza
softdrink+vodka
chocolate cake

korean bbq. had bbq pork and bbq beef with kimchi and red bean sauce. plus 2 mocca's during the day.

ate a kebab at 11 tonight and it's all i've eaten. beef kebab with lettuce, tabouli and bbq sauce ftw.

Cereal, half a jam doughnut, grapes, fake Snickers bar, a sandwich (maybe?) and a banana :) yum yum

Oh yes and I forgot about dinner, had pies :D

3x salt and vinegar rice crackers, tea

lots and lots of codral. <3 bliss

anyway this morning I have had an apple, some carrot sticks, a mandarin and a cup of tea

...pretty much everything else I eat today is going to be like, maccas or kfc or something :/ so I'm cramming in the healthy stuff early :D
