breakfast: slice of bread with nutella and honey, mocha.
lunch: large quarter pounder meal and 6 nuggets.
dinner: large cheeseburger meal.

First day of my keto:

Chicken lettuce avocado salad with balsamic dressing 10f 40p

175g of tasty cheese 40p 50f
30cm stick of kabana 20p 30f

2 fried eggs 15f 10p
2 rashes of bacon 25p 10f
+ olive oil 30f

~50 walnuts 30f 10p

1 boiled egg 5p 4f

5 tablespoons of thickened cream 35f

8 pieces of premium chicken loaf shit 20p

beef stir fry with half an onion + broccoli 45p 13f



220g fat, 215p, ~15g carbs? ~3000 cals

On Tuesday I had fruitloops for breakfast, subway for lunch and maccas for dinner.

3 scrambled eggs with 3 slices of cheese mixed in with it

I had to get the train and had little food- i took a jar of peanut butter and picked at that when i got hungry
protein shake
2 sausages
stir fried vegetables in coconut milk
i'll have a tub of cottage cheese after
another sausage
when i get back to newcastle i'll have somthing else or on the drive i'll stop at maccas and take the bread/batter off whatever i eat.

it was chest/shoulders/tris day today. my triceps wouldn't stop spasming when i was putting my eyeliner on just now.

day 2 for me. Had about 15grams of carbs since wednesday night. Its crazy. First workout tonight since starting. Im a bit worried but I should still have a truckload of muscle glycogen still in me.

Felt pretty shit last night following the drain of the GAT. Walking home I thought cars were rolling when they were parked and late last night I was struggling to add up my macro tally. :p Probably more expectations than actual effects of the keto but I felt something. Hopefully I get into ketosis faster than the average person.

post exam celebratory meal with m8s at the regent: schnitzel with chips and garlic and rosemary sauce (<33333) and a spoon of mustard.
