today:

2am - medium big mac meal, and 2 bbq bacon cheeseburgers
11.30am - subway ; italian herbs, foot long, multi grain, ham, morzarella cheese, toasted, all salads, honey mustard, pepper
600ml water.

2x 600ml water.

7.30pm 2x medium fries, 3 nuggets, quarter pounder, 1x large stawberry thickshake, 1x large coke.


fast food bug =/

so far:

3 scrambled eggs (2 yolks) with cheese
HUGE spoonful of peanut butter
1/4 avocado
about to have a protein shake then go buy food! yewwwwwwwww

ADD: finger of peanut butter
2 pieces of salami
salad: 1/2 an avocado, small tin of tuna in olive oil, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and balsamic vinegar

More salami and peanut butter on celery will be eaten.
Just had yummy indian food for dinner- chilli chicken and mushroom masaala YUMMERS
4 squares of 85% dark chocolate

my bmi is 22.5~ perfectly healthy, if that's any consolation

thats ok then. Your metabolism must be really slow seeing as you only eat like twice later on in the day. If you spread out your food evenly over the day (6 meals) youd probably lose weight.

3 fried eggs 35f 25p
3 pieces of middle bacon 25f 40p
cooked in olive oil 30f

2 coffees with thickened cream and sugar substitute. 35f

kabana 20p 30f
50g cheese 15p 15f

2 boiled eggs 10f 13p

Ketogenic diet. ie. high protein, high fat, VERY low (trace) carbs.
Its basically 2.5 times the recommended daily fat intake (80g). 3 times the recommended protein intake daily (50g). 60% of a normal diet is recommended to be made up by carbohydrates, in a keto carbs MUST make up less than 5% of the total calories.

Hard to comprehend but when done successfully keto maintains muscle mass while optimising fat loss. So basically im eating as much fat as I can to be as big and lean as ive ever been.

Me too, just not big. cos i'm a girl (not enough testosterone)

Feeling a bit shaky, no carbs since wednesday. :O Wouldnt be bad if I didnt have to get a workout in in a couple of hours.

ok then... makes sense, except for the last bit.

I've had Potato sandwich for brekky, lunch I had 10 minute noodles and a chicken sandwich, dinner will be Roast Chicken

Feeling like a dog after my workout. I need to throw up and im craving something sweet. KFC chips with that chicken salt would be amazing too.

ate too much beforehand or needed a bigger gap between eating and working out?
no carbs for 4 days. Fully glycogen depleted now i'd say. Only 6-7 more days til I can carb-up... ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 7 (i think, could be 8) of keto.

Breakfast;
2 fried eggs, ham

celery and peanut butter

Earl grey with cream and fake sugar

Protein shake with 10 teaspoons of cream and 200 mL of water

WEDNESDAY IS CARB DAY I'M SO EXCITED!

my biceps are very sore today.
Abs and cardio l8r on tod8 :)
