I got enough of that from my year 12 economics teacher. Besides, in my house, if food is yours - it needs to be marked as such.

i just googled scopa food and there were a few pictures of that so i assumed

B: Nutri-Grain, Weetbix (I've been having that since the start of the Millenium)
L: Cheese and Ham toastie
D: Pasta al forno, Meatballs, Salad (with these odd looking, but great small tomatoes)
Des: Ice Cream and Strawberrys
Late night: Unknown, probably scopa

My grandmother does make squeezed orange juice every now and then, but not today. I was going to have a beer but I forgot - I was craving one after my walk.

lunch: rice, steak, veges, yogurt, water.
dinner: bread, chicken mince, spinach, lamb, yogurt, water.
later: prunes, banana, maybe milk and proton.
