okay you guys have inspired me to start MyFitnessPal as well but the difference is I am trying to gain weight :p
You can change the settings so you do gain weight.

It helps if you are bulking properly lele

I recommend you check out the bodybuilding.com forum. stickies are very helpful

Lunch: 7 x Ritz sour cream & onion snack crackers with cheese, nuts
Dinner: Roast vegetable medley
Snacks: 2 x chocolates

My only form of exercise atm is PDHPE practicals :skip:

So the past 3 weeks I have eaten crap mainly due to a week away and also Easter [so much chocolate]. Still somehow managed to lose 2kgs or so although I have been between 1.5x & 2x my food goal every day.

Will start eating better again today.

Breakfast: Slice of banana bread
Snacks: 4 x garlic crackers

Have lost 16.7kgs as of today (14 weeks; which includes a two week bad period around Easter where I gained weight). Have started eating more crap food again although in smaller portions/more moderation.

Breakfast: Oats with milk and chocolate chips
Lunch: Will be corn fritters

4 slices of french toast with 2 rashers streaky bacon and maple syrup
