Am similar in bread-loving obsession. And would eat sandwiches/toast/melts/subs etc for every meal if I could.

Hmmm.... I like anything with lots of grains in.
OHHH AND BAGELS.
And things with poppy seeds

bread is not bread! how could you say that?

this is an obese nation where the majority of people believe 'coles homebrand superwhite bread' makes a decent meal - but in that bread, you have no fibre, no b vitamins, no nothing, just empty carbs- it's just disgusting! So NO bread is not bread!
Being super healthy is expensive you know, and just cuz you have a couple of home brand slices of bread for toast or in a sandwich, doesn't mean your going to become obese or unhealthy.

Helga's Multigrain is pretty bloody awesome, I could eat it toasted everyday for the rest of my life.

And anything from Baker's Delight and Brumby's is pretty nice.

err not really fussed about it, it's bread

if I had to choose I'd prefer multigrain types over white but my parentals buy the groceries and they get your standard white colon-cancer causing bread and this is fine with me.

Any bread except Coles white sand bread... It's sliced way too thin and breaks apart in your hands... I usually purchase unsliced bread and cut it 3cm thick, slighty toast it, butter each side then throw it in the jaffler adding chilli salami, devon, roast beef and swiss cheese

Pepper, salt and you're done... Little t sauce don't hurt

Most of the bread at Bakers Delight is exactly the same, made from the same dough. There's only three or so actual varieties.
Sorry folks.
