As the title says, what kind of mark are you looking for? And also post up the course that you are hoping to get into. I personally am happy with any mark over 90 (As if thats going to happen ) I am hoping to do Dentistry at the University of Sydney.

By mark I am guessing you mean UAI.

Can you get into dentistry with a uai of 90? I thought all med-type subjects needed a 95ish uai to get in (even uws med is 92).

Yeah, you don't really need a UAI to do Dentistry but they can't just accept anybody, there is alot of competition to get into it, so a UAI over 95% would probably be the minimum to get in.

I think its best to aim for a UAI you need to do a course, not a UAI you just want

explain!

Well look up the courses and your preferences and the uni course that you want to do. Then you will know the UAI you need which isn't always the UAI you want which lets face it we all would like a UAI of 100 but not everyone needs that so aiming for what you need is the better option.

I'm hoping to get a UAI of about 97 with the hopes of getting into some science based course. Don't know yet. Above 85 at least.

95+ to get into Med at UNSW. I only need 90 cos i used 2 live in a rural area but im still aiming for about 97-98.

I would love anything above 90+ but i know that won't happen so i think i'll sit comfortably at a round 85ish to get into Education at either USYD or UNSW.

UAI of 86 to get into digital media at UNSW, means I have to get at least 85 in my subjects except english cauz i'm doing standard, need at least 70 in standard
