What package should I choose for year 12? (1 Viewer)

My current subjects are:
Maths extension - 3u
Advanced English - 2u
SorII - 2u
Bio - 2u
IDT (vet subject) - 2u
Business studies - 2u

I want to drop business definately, but I'm not sure what to choose for year 12. Cos ill do my Maths HSC this year, and then I'll only have 7 units to do. I have some options but I'm not sure what to pick;

ALSO; does 1u religion and/or senior science (SSC) bring your atar down? Cos I'm thinking of picking up SSC but people say it scales you down :/
