I ws just curious to ask what skin products other people use..
I myself use garnier pure (the blue range) at the moment but I'm thinking of changing to something more effective for clearing acne and scarring etc...
any ideas or stories of your own?

I don't use any skin products often, occasionally I use moisturiser but thats about it, and sometimes vitamin e cream because it makes my face feel nice and soft.

I use Nutrimetics Apricot range. It's pretty good. I'm allergic to Garnier :(

But I do hear that Nivea Young is good.

I'm supposed to use all of them (bar Nutrimetics), but I don't use any of them and I'm fine.DON'T use anything with apricot or avocado oil/extract in it. While it might work to begin with, in the long run it'll ruin your face. In fact, avoid Nutrimetics like the plague. Trust me, I know.
Whats so bad about it?

Trust me, of all the brands you listed, Nutrimetics is the worst. But if you have to choose between Nutrimetics and an apricot/avocado extract, take the Nutrimetics, it's the lesser of two evils. Best to avoid them both if you can.

Pro-Activ supposedly works fairly well, but when I actually used it I never saw much change n my skin. But I do work long hours and it can get pretty dirty at times, so it's nothing to go by. The problem is that it's expensive, and if you use it for a while and then stop, your skin can get worse virtually overnight. Just don't get it into your head that it's a cure-all (like my mum, she insists I'm not doing it right even when she stands over me and watches me do exactly as she tells me to) because no matter how Guthy-Renker spins it, it's not going to work all the time every time.
may aswell give it a crack then i spose :)
ill just send away for the proactiv, then use the rest of my garnier stuff until it arrives...
hopefully that will be the end of my skin solution quest :p

i dont use any of them but i voted for dove cos its the body soap i use...and its pretty good, i guess...

cetaphil is the best. ive said it before and ill say it again. you dont need fancy schmancy face prods if u use them, they dont cause allergies and theyre the most gentle. you can feel it healing your face straight away.

i use jurlique mud masks, they are wonderful.

but cetaphil and try it. you dont need industrial strength face cleansers, scrubs, toners, exfoliants, whatever, just cleanser and moisturiser.

sorry if i go on, but it really is good.
