hey guys, i made a thread earlier detailing the type of work i'd be interested in, but i'm not sure what it's called.

here is what i posted: "i've heard about lawyers charging all kinds of crazy rates for their services. charging their clients if they don't answer their phone, charging them for the paper they use and even charging for the time it takes to get to their house."

is this called a solicitor? this is something i'd really like to do.

i know it's a basic question so sorry, but i have so much work to do in order to prepare for the LSAT.

thanks guys, appreciate your help.

edit: i really like the idea of one day running my own practice and just employing myself to do the work. i guess 'self-employed' would be the right word?

is this the best way to go about it?

If you haven't worked out the distinction between a solicitor and a barrister yet, you might be in more trouble than you think for the LSAT.

Also, who the fuck aspires to charging clients for travelling time?

Isn't as crazy as it seems
Maybe that's what happens
When a tornado meets a volcano
All I know is
I love you too much
To walk away though
Come inside
Pick up your bags off the sidewalk
Don't you hear sincerity
In my voice when I talk
Told you this is my fault
Look me in the eyeball
Next time I'm pissed
I'll aim my fist
At the dry wall
Next time
There will be no next time
I apologize
Even though I know it's lies
I'm tired of the games
I just want her back
I know I'm a liar
If she ever tries to fucking leave again
I'mma tie her to the bed
And set the house on fire
