I dont think so, i remember beig able to rep more than one person in a day, i think ur referring to the FAQ, it should say that reps are worth one point when u have one box, and 2 when u have two boxes

yeh i get it that after 5 boxes u get light green but how come different members five out different reps?? like i know 1 box = 1 point and stuff 2 boxes = 2 points but are there any other factors???

Oversized sigs do get somewhat moderated, if you feel unhappy about a member's sig size, it can be reported to a mod/smod for review.

The issue is not whether people complain about it, but more a screen design issue. It is neither effective nor helpful to readers if they are going to be sitting at their computers scrolling three pages to read two posts because of oversized signatures (either too big screen estate wise or file size wise). If one member is on a 1280x1024 resolution we cannot assume there are not members on 640x480, similary we cannot assume everyone is on broadband and can load signatures (or music files) in an instant.

Huge images in sigs are ugly & unnecessary. It's just as annoying as having random banner ads placed throughout the page.
