Whats the best PC out.... i need some ideas of what to get ........

btw i got 1gb ram and a 256mb Nvidia GeForece FX 5550 Graphics card

With those specs you can only play old games. Some good classics are; battlefield 1942, battlefield vietnam, battlefield 2, unreal tournament 2, hitman 1-2 and also counter strike for online play.

I dare you to try crysis or cod4 on high resolutions + graphics.

Too start, double your RAM (if DD2) or invest in 2 x 1GB DDR2 RAM chips (If running DDR400 RAM).

Secondly, get a new videocard.

CoD4 gets my vote, even just for the single player story. A bit short, but its quality more than makes up for it.

The box says you need a 6800 nvidia card or better to play though...

Your current video card is too old, so it has less graphics compatability and less core speeds etc. YOur ram is ok but new video cards demand usually 1.5gig+ ram so you should upgrade. So as said get;

-> Get another stick of 1gig ram which is about $60, depending on which type
ddr1/ddr2.
-> With video cards the minimum you should get is nvidia 8600gt or radeon 2600xt, which are about $150. But if you want the good stuff get a radeon 3850/3870 or nvidia 8800 gtx/gt/gts but it will cost you $250+ or wait for the new 9000 series nvidia.

but if you do these upgrades you will most probably need to get a new power box, which is about $50 for a 600watt
