Ancient history is shit easy
you just blub on about what you know in your essayand you get good marks
short answer questions are jokes
that's why it has shit scailing

dunno abt modern history though

no no, ancient has only one essay.it has:

sources

society

personality

essay.

whereas in modern history, there is:

sources

personality

essay

essay

The personality in ancient is pretty much a structured essay, its worth 25marks just like the historical period essay and you really do need to be writing just as much to get full marks.

fair enough, im not saying its easy.

but the thing is that modern history has the exact same personality question. And TWO other essays then. its a whole load more essay writting.

true but the modern history personalty q is very general, as it has to suit like 40 different people, ancient on the other hand is much more specific and there could like 10 different q's fore.

however i do modern and it is probs 1 of my fave subs, and i dont find it to difficult either, as long as you can write decnt essays and maybe pick up extra reading as a hobby you will be fine.
