If the current travels to the right, that means electrons travel to the left right? Is that the justification for answer B?

Yep. Boron makes it P-Type conductor which leads to an excess of holes in the valence band so you can eliminate C and D already. Then holes go to the right because electrons go to the left (towards the positive end)

i know the answer but i don't know how they got it, and i do know everything about extrinsic n/p type semiconductors :(
